Infected Blood Compensation Authority (IBCA)

The infected blood support schemes are processing interim payments to estates. An estate is eligible for this payment if the person who died was registered with an infected blood support scheme or a previous UK scheme and an interim payment has not already been made to the person who died, their estate or their bereaved partner.
