Former General Secretary of UNISON
Dave Prentis was the elected General Secretary of UNISON, the public service union, between the years 2000 and 2021. He also served as a member of the Government's Commission on Employment and Skills and was a non-executive director of the Bank of England. Dave has received an honorary doctorate from the Open University. He is now President of Public Service International, the world body representing public service workers.
