The Inquiry will be holding its first public hearings, where people infected and affected will give oral evidence.
Witness hearings in Edinburgh will take place over a two week period at The Edinburgh International Conference Centre. Please click on your preferred date to register your interest in attending or contact us for more details.
If you wish to attend more than one date, please complete a registration form for each of the dates you would like to attend.
You will need to complete more than one form if you are registering for another person, unless you require hotel accommodation.
