Hearings to continue

Hearings will continue from Tuesday 12 January with the Chair, Sir Brian Langstaff, and the Inquiry QC, Jenni Richards, in the hearing room at Fleetbank House.

We anticipate that the timetable may change over the coming weeks so please check the website for updates. You can view the latest timetable here.

The Inquiry will continue with the approach to hearings taken during the November lockdown. This means that members of the public will not be able to attend in person. We ask that recognised legal representatives and journalists continue to follow proceedings remotely unless it is clearly essential that they be in Fleetbank House. The recognised legal representatives of a witness giving evidence may choose to come to Fleetbank House in person.

To ensure all those following from home are able to follow the evidence sessions, the Inquiry will continue to stream all hearings on YouTube and provide a live broadcast. We will also host regular Zoom meetings for participants to discuss hearings they have been watching online.

The Inquiry’s confidential psychological support service will remain available for anyone involved in the Inquiry. More details are available here.
