The Inquiry has updated its List of Issues, the document which helps to guide the Inquiry’s investigative work in meeting its terms of reference.
Counsel to the Inquiry, Jenni Richards QC, is responsible for the List of Issues and has updated it following suggestions from core participants and review by the Inquiry team. The List of Issues was always intended as a living document, and it is updated as the Inquiry investigations evolve.
The new material in the List of Issues is shown in blue so that everyone reading the document can easily see what has been changed since the previous version.
