The Inquiry has published an addition to its statement of approach on submissions, which now ends with further guidance on the written submissions core participants are invited to make.
As a general rule, it is most useful if core participants focus on the conclusions they wish the Chair to draw and avoid repeating or summarising evidence already heard or otherwise known to the Inquiry.
Submissions will focus largely on the matters of most importance to each core participant, whether individual or corporate. However, the Inquiry has set out in the additional guidance aspects of the terms of reference on which the Chair would particularly welcome contributions.
