Junior Counsel
Sarah Fraser Butlin is Junior Counsel to the Inquiry. She is a barrister at Cloisters. Her practice focuses on clinical negligence, inquests and discrimination law, often working with very vulnerable clients. Sarah also sits as a Recorder and is a Fellow of Selwyn College, Cambridge.
