The Chair of the Infected Blood Inquiry has written to the Paymaster General about siblings who are ineligible for compensation.
Since the publication of the Infected Blood Compensation Scheme Summary in August 2024, the Inquiry has been contacted by groups representing affected siblings who would be ineligible for compensation under the criteria in the Summary.
